The biometric requirement (fingerprinting and photgraph) has been delayed until after the 2023 summer season. The ETIAS visa waiver for Spain will be required from November 2023.
New hotel and holiday tourist registration requirements
From January 2023 Spain will be introducing new registration arrangaments that will apply to holiday rentals as well as hotels and guest houses. We wil be required to collect more information about each guest. To avoid delays at the time of arrival we will try to collect as much as possible before you arrive, for this reason it is important that you complete our guest arrival form when you make your booking.
Do you own property in Spain, but are an 'absent owner'?
