Our Fly and Buy scheme

We can offer you a deal where you stay in one of our holiday properties and we arrange to show you a number of carefully selected properties for sale that meet your criteria. If you then go on to purchase we will refund 50% of your stay*.

How it works

We will send you a detailed questionnaire in advance so that we get to know exactly what you are looking for, we don’t like to waste your time showing you properties that we think you might like, when you already have a very clear idea of what you are looking for. That said, we are also very happy to put a selection together to inspire you.

We use one of your days to take you around the properties with a break for lunch, so there is no rush.  You can then take time to have a think, and if necessary, a second viewing before the end of your trip. If you are looking for something to use as a rental property we know exactly what rents and what doesn't so you will get a very honest opinion from us!

We have deals with insurance providers, mortgage providers and can also offer a full legal package. In addition, we know the coast and many of the best inland areas very well. You also get to spend a few days in the sun at the same time. Don't forget that we also have great deals on car hire and transfers for your stay.
