Our 'Welcome Home' package - the perfect solution if you own property on the coast but don't rent it out.

You can take full advantage of our professional property management offer without the rental element. You get a regular security visit, you get our 24hr emergency contact notice on your property, and you can rest assured that if anything untoward happens we are on the case immediately.

Of course we also arrange cleaning after your visit, and can arrange things like some groceries if you are arriving late and also take care of any maintenance jobs whilst you are away.

You can rest assured that in the event that something happens to your property while you are away, one call to our 24hr response line and we are on the case. We have access to approved contractors who can take care of any emergency repair.

Not just key holding, we can provide a full cleaning service or just take care of the laundry once you leave. If you need some maintenance jobs seeing too we can organise that for you too. If you'd like us to stock your fridge up with a few essentials if you plan to arrive in the small hours we can take care of that, in fact anything you need to make your welcome home a welcome. Just give us a call and we will do the rest.

This service is only available to you as the property owner, it cannot be used in conjunction with any guests that you might have staying. Rentals are highly regulated and we abide by all the regulations.
