

Why you should list your property with us
If you are thinking of selling your Spanish property, or would like to rent it out then talk to us. It is true, almost everywhere you look you will find an estate agent (or real estate as they call them here in English) however, there are a few things worth pointing out.
Some aspects of buys and selling property in Spain are regulated, and there are also some conventions that might be unfamiliar to you.
- Listing agent
When you ask an agent to ‘list’ your property it is quite usual for them to also list your property on the estate agent’s network. This means that most estate agents will have your property details available for their clients. The advantage of this is that your property gets maximum exposure.
- Buying agent
If a client sees your property on another estate agent’s site and decides to view or buy, then they do that through that agent. In Spain it is usual for agents to work together. So in this case the ‘Buyer’s agent’ will contact the ‘Listing agent’ to make the arrangements.
- If you are a potential buyer
You can purchase any property through your chosen agent, you don’t need to visit hundreds of different agents.
